Bulk Blending & Trans-loading

Powders are unloaded from truck or rail cars, blended and loaded into truck tankers or rail cars. 

Bulk powders can be blended at the rate of 60 tons per hour for the most cost effective pricing of your product.

Trans-loading is economical. Your product is unloaded from rail cars, stored and loaded into bulk pneumatic tankers for delivery to your customers when needed. 

Trans-loading packaged products from rail to truck or from truck to rail, we can handle 20 rail cars at a time.

Our 70 foot truck scale can check the weight of you inbound shipments.

Product Drying

We have the capability of drying your product to a desired moisture content before processing. We dry at 50 tons per hour for the most cost effective drying.

Bulk Bag Filling

Your product can be loaded into bulk bags for a range of different options for your customers.

Blending & Bagging

We can receive your products by rail or truck, blend  your product and store and ship your products to fill your orders.  Our system is completely customizable to fit your needs. 

Valve bags or open mouth bags can be utilized at the rate of 18 bag per minute. 

Heat sealed or stitched bag closing.

Pallet stretch wrapping, pallet covers and top sheets are available.
